2009 Surfside Cabernet Sauvignon ›› 750ml
Buy Now: $105.00

Story
This distinguished Cabernet Sauvignon was made from fruit picked from vines situated on the east side of the valley in a vineyard that was first planted in the 1890s. Upon alluvial and volcanic soils these densely planted vines produce Cabernet Sauvignon that makes some of the best wine in Napa. This is an all-star Cabernet with a pedigree that's unrivaled by anything we've put in a bottle. Now that's saying something!

Taste
Deep crimson in color with lavish aromas of black currant, mocha, and savory herbs with trailing notes of tobacco and vanilla. Full and well rounded with soft edges and a lively dose of bright cherry fruit that unfolds into a smooth finish. Buy one to enjoy now and another to cellar away for a decade or more...if you can resist the temptation to open it sooner.

2012 Surfside Syrah

Mon, 16 Dec 2013 18:03:00 GMT

2012 Surfside Syrah
Buy Now: $34.00

Story
Syrah is simply one of our favorites. This inky beauty is made from a blend of fruit from three select vineyard sites within Napa Valley. The grapes were hand harvested and sorted into small open top oak fermenters, and the finished wine was gently pressed and transferred to barrel for another 26 months. Chances are you've never tasted a Syrah quite like this one.

Taste
Jet-black in color with mystifying aromas of blackberry and black pepper coupled with a touch of exotic and sweetly scented spices. Full-flavored and robust with a smack of dark berry goodness that carries on and on and on. Pair it with grilled lamb chops with cracked pepper and rosemary for a tasty adventure.

2013 Surfside Sangiovese

Mon, 16 Dec 2013 18:00:00 GMT

2013 Surfside Sangiovese
Buy Now: $34.00

Story
This “Super Tuscan” is not a handsome Italian guy with a cape. It’s really just a wine made from Italian-style Sangiovese pumped up with a little Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and then aged for a year in oak. The result, shall we say, is heroic.

Taste
An exotic blend of aromas consisting of black cherry, fig, wood spice, camphor, wild flowers and leather. The wine is medium to full-bodied with a gentle, caressing texture that soothes your palate and calms your soul. Try this wine with herb rubbed grilled steak, sausage with lentils, or a few slices of aged piave cheese. Your friends will be jealous, so you better invite them over.
